George Salamis
President & CEO, Director

Mr. Salamis has previously held senior management positions with well-established mining & mining exploration companies, most notably Placer Dome Inc. and Cameco Corporation, in addition to his successful formation and management of several junior mining companies listed in Europe and North America. Mr. Salamis has over 20 years experience directing the exploration, development and mining operations of a number of gold, base metal and coal projects in many different regions of the world. In recent years, he has also played an integral role, both executive and non-executive, in several large M&A transactions valued at over $US 1 billion and significant financing initiatives, raising over $US 800 million in equity financing for various resource companies. Mr. Salamis holds a degree in Geology from the Universite de Montreal - Ecole Polytechnique.

Edward Farrauto

Mr. Farrauto formed Edgewater Exploration in June 2007; he has 15 years experience working as Chief Financial Officer and Director of public companies. Mr. Farrauto was involved in the reverse takeover of Atlas Cromwell to form Terrane Metals in early 2006. Mr. Farrauto is the President of Sail View Capital, a financial services firm that has completed additional reverse takeovers such as Lions Gate Entertainment, Radiant Communications and numerous other resource companies including Calibre Mining Corp. and MBAC Fertilizer Corp. He has extensive experience overseeing private placement financings, prospectus filings and merger and acquisition transactions. He has directly been involved in over C$300 million of equity and debt financings undertaken by companies he has been associated with.

Douglas Forster, M.Sc., P.Geo

Mr. Forster has been associated with the mining industry for the past 30 years and he holds a B.Sc. (1981) and a M.Sc. (1984) in Economic Geology from the University of British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Forster has extensive experience and a proven track record in resource project development, mergers and acquisition, equity finance and public company management. He has been a founder, senior executive and/or director of numerous publicly traded companies listed on North American Stock Exchanges and is currently a director of Calibre Mining Corp. and Pinecrest Resources Ltd. For three decades, Mr. Forster has been involved in creating wealth for North American and International investors through natural resource discovery, exploration and development. He has been involved in a number of large-scale gold and copper projects, two of which became major new mines for Canada. Mr. Forster has provided strategic advice and assisted in key project acquisitions for numerous companies including Terrane Metals Corp., Avanti Mining Inc., MBAC Fertilizer Corp. and Edgewater Explorations Ltd. He is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

Greg Smith, P.Geo
Vice President Exploration

Mr. Smith, P.Geo. is an exploration geologist with more than 23 years of experience. He has worked for both junior and senior mining companies in various parts of the world which has included the management of multi-million dollar work programs that have been successful in outlining more than 10 million ounces of gold.  Greg brings a broad range of experience from the evaluation of grass roots properties to supervision of advanced projects including resource and reserve estimation, oversight of geological and technical activities for active underground and open pit mining operations including grade control, QA/QC programs and NI43-101 compliance, and advanced technical and economic studies including Preliminary Assessments (Scoping Studies), Prefeasibility, and Feasibility Studies.

Dr. John Thomas
Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Thomas is a professional engineer, and holds a BSc, an MSc and a PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. He also received a diploma in accounting and finance from the U.K. Association of Certified Accountants. He has 38 years of experience in the mining industry, including both base metal and precious metal projects in several countries including Brazil, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Russia, Canada and Zambia. His experience covers a wide range of activities in the mining industry from process development, management of feasibility studies, engineering and management of construction, and operation of mines

Blayne Johnson

Blayne Johnson is Chairman of Featherstone Capital Advisors Inc., he is a director of Calibre Mining Corp and Edgewater Exploration. Mr. Johnson has been involved in the investment business for the past 23 years. As a Vice President of First Marathon Securities, he played a key role in providing institutional financing to junior resource companies. During his tenure at the firm, First Marathon participated in over $5 billion of equity financings for natural resource companies. His work at First Marathon involved equity and debt financings as well as mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Johnson also advised institutional clients on investments. Since 1996 Blayne has managed his own investment and real estate portfolios and has been an active investor in the mining and energy sectors. He provided early stage capital markets advice, seed capital and assisted in project acquisition for Terrane Metals Corp., Calibre Mining Corp., Avanti Mining Inc., MBAC Fertilizer Corp. and Edgewater Exploration Ltd.

Danny Lee

Danny Lee is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in the resource sector. Most recently, Mr. Lee served as CFO of Transeuro Energy Corp. which has operations in Papua New Guinea, Ukraine, Armenia and Canada. His experience includes public company regulatory compliance, systems conversions, treasury management, human resources and financial database management. Mr. Lee holds a B.Comm from the University of British Columbia and articled with Deloitte & Touche in Vancouver, Canada.

Mike Vint

Mike Vint is Vice President, Mining for Endeavour Financial, he is responsible for mine technical analysis. He has over 18 years working in the mining industry 13 of which are based in mine operations, and construction, for precious and base metal operations. To compliment his operational experience, Mike was recently a principal consultant working on a variety of projects worldwide, and prior to that worked in the research department for CIBC world markets covering the gold sector. Mike Vint is a registered professional engineer in BC, and received his Mining Engineering degree from Colorado School of Mines.

Ryan King
Director, Vice-President Corporate Communications

Mr. King has six years experience in the resource sector. Prior to joining Edgewater Exploration, he was responsible for institutional and retail marketing and investor communications with several resources companies including Terrane Metals Corp. 2010 Terrane Metals was acquired by Thompson Creek Mining for +$700M and the company is currently in contruction of the Mt. Milligan copper gold deposit in central British Columbia. Mr. King is currently on the board of directors of Pinecrest Resources was a member of the board of Sandwell Mining which executed a reverse takeover with MBAC Fertilizer a TSX listed company with advanced stage phosphate and potash projects in Brazil.

LLuis Boixet
Country Manager, Spain

LLuis Boixet is a professional geologist, holding a BSc in Geology from the Universitat Central de Barcelona, with over 20 years experience in resource exploration for gold and base metal. Mr Boixet has been involved in different stages for many exploration projects in the Iberian Peninsula, including the El Valle-Boinas discovery late in the eighties, up to feasibility stages for the Carles gold deposit, the Salave gold deposit and the Aguablanca Ni-Cu deposit, all of them becoming mining operations. He has been Project Geologist/Manager for the Corcoesto gold deposit since 1998, for Río Narcea Gold Mines.

Daniel Wilson
Country Manager, Ghana

Mr. Wilson has worked in the mineral exploration field for over 16 years; he has extensive experience managing field exploration and drilling programs in Africa. Mr. Wilson has previously held senior positions with Ashanti Gold Fields and Red Back Mining. During his time at Red Back Mining Mr. Wilson supervised various field exploration programs including the exploration work carried out by Red Back on the Enchi Gold Project during 2005-2006.
